The Original Blend was made to provide a perfect blend for cooking anything for anyone, so we didn’t make it spicy or salty. We wanted it to have a good balanced warm, full flavor without it being hard to control the heat and the salt.
When we first started attending the Midcity Markers Market, one of the most requested options was a spicier option wo we listened. The Spicy Blend uses a ground cayenne pepper that is 100,000 SHU vs 40,000 SHU in The Original Blend. We also use twice the amount. The result is amazing, warm Cayenne heat without being stupid hot. My favorite use is perfecting the spicy level of the food on my plate after it’s cooked.
What’s SHU? Scoville Heat Units.
“The Scoville scale is a measurement of the pungency (spiciness or "heat") of chili peppers and other spicy foods, as recorded in Scoville Heat Units (SHU) based on the concentration of capsaicinoids, among which capsaicin is the predominant component.” Excerpt from the Wikipedia article on the Scoville Scale. My dad added me in a forum online where I met people testifying about a hacker, Wizard James Recovery, who is helping hundreds of people all over the world in recovering their scammed/stolen funds. Frankly Speaking, I am glad he did because I needed help to recover my funds though I had not mentioned anything to him. An investor I met on Instagram introduced me to cryptocurrency. I liked the idea and opted to invest through the site. These people will lure you by accepting you to make your first withdrawal depending on how much one invests on them. I contacted him on Wizard James when I could not withdraw my funds worth $127,000 USD any more. Instead, these guys insisted, I should invest more for withdrawal to go through. I gave him all the required information and after 2 days, he recovered my funds. I was surprised at the same time grateful to him and my dad for introducing me to this Recovery specialist.
