The Original Blend was made to provide a perfect blend for cooking anything for anyone, so we didn’t make it spicy or salty. We wanted it to have a good balanced warm, full flavor without it being hard to control the heat and the salt.
When we first started attending the Midcity Markers Market, one of the most requested options was a spicier option wo we listened. The Spicy Blend uses a ground cayenne pepper that is 100,000 SHU vs 40,000 SHU in The Original Blend. We also use twice the amount. The result is amazing, warm Cayenne heat without being stupid hot. My favorite use is perfecting the spicy level of the food on my plate after it’s cooked.
What’s SHU? Scoville Heat Units.
“The Scoville scale is a measurement of the pungency (spiciness or "heat") of chili peppers and other spicy foods, as recorded in Scoville Heat Units (SHU) based on the concentration of capsaicinoids, among which capsaicin is the predominant component.” Excerpt from the Wikipedia article on the Scoville Scale. I almost lost my life after falling victim to a scam that went on for weeks, I got contacted by a lady pretending to be a Forex trader account manager, told me I’ll make huge profits if I invest on her platform not knowing that I was being targeted, I started making investments through bitcoins until it was time to withdraw and they insisted I had to pay 20% to withdraw my money and it was then I knew I was being swindled. Unfortunately, I had already put $90,000 into this investment scam. While I was wallowing in depression, I came across Jeanson James Ancheta wizard that can help me recover my money, I didn’t hesitate to contact them, they took some information from me and to my surprise, all my money was recovered within 48 hours. I’m truly grateful to Jeanson James Ancheta wizard for their professionalism in helping me recover my money. If you have lost money to any of these scams, I’ll recommend them to you.
